Rooms feature air conditioning, minibars with Viennese selections, flat-screen TVs with cable channels, and free Wi-Fi. The Suite Séparée occupies the entire top floor with 95 m² of space, a canopy bed, open bathtub, fireplace, and private Tröpferlbad wellness area with steam and sauna facilities. Some rooms offer city views or inner courtyard views.

Daily organic à la carte breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM, featuring Höllerschmid organic cold cuts, Öfferl artisanal bread, Sonnentor organic teas, and Naber coffee.
